The role emphasizes lean methods, safety compliance, budget planning, and ongoing improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and a proven ability to motivate teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, preferably large product assembly.
• 4 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
