Excellent communication from shop floor to Executive Management is essential. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in manufacturing, 4+ years in supervision, and a proven track record in lean, efficiency gains,

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, preferably large product assembly.
• 4+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing of products and parts in compliance with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee a workforce of employees in the manufacturing department.
• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
• Investigate and analyze current manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency for the use of material, machinery, and employees.
• Lead the continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
• Plan, implement annual budgets.
