The role emphasizes optimizing machine resources, processes, and safety compliance while collaborating with leadership to maximize efficiency and meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading manufacturing organizations.
• Knowledge in manufacturing processes (fabrication, welding, painting, assembly)
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing methodology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills addressing different levels (shop floor up to Executive Management)
• Ability to learn and keep up with product knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.
• Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.

• 5-10 years' experience in manufacturing environment, preferably large product assembly
• 4+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
