Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in West Virginia seeks a Production Supervisor for the day shift at the Ritchie County facility to lead and coach a team of production associates, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. You will monitor schedules, drive lean improvements, and mentor employees on problem solving and performance feedback.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of progressive supervision in manufacturing, strong leadership, and knowledge of OSHA safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology
• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team development and motivation
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proficient in production management and quality control processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical acumen including MS Office Suite
• Experience with performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Computer literacy with proficiency in production scheduling software
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Bilingual ability a plus (Spanish)
• Experience in glass manufacturing a plus

We are seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor for our day shift in our Ritchie County facility. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled production associates while ensuring operational excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency.
