Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a production worker at our Adel, GA facility to perform manufacturing tasks and support our operations. You will operate production equipment, assemble and fabricate using hand tools, conduct quality checks, and follow schedules to meet daily targets.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork with opportunities for cross-training across stations. 18+ required, background check, and ability to pass drug screening; base pay starts at $16–$18 per

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic instructions.
• Basic math skills, including ability to work with fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with tape measure reading preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety protocols.

Base pay starts at $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
