Johns Manville in Jacksonville, Florida, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily activities of a production team. This role ensures that operations meet quality standards and production schedules. The chosen candidate will initially train on day shift and then transition to night shift.

Pay Range: $68,900.00 - $94,700.00 Annual (base salary). Incentive bonus: eligible for incentive bonus.
The purpose of the Production Supervisor's role is to supervise the day‑to‑day activities of an hourly production team for a single product line to ensure manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost and wastage targets; and quality standards. The supervisor will coordinate training, enforce safety guidelines and interface with other departments in support of production. This is a night shift position – 6:00pm – 6:00am. The chosen candidate will work on day shift training for up to 60days before moving to night shift.
Work environment typical of a manufacturing facility; may be exposed to environmental conditions of cold, heat, high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, heights, dust/mist/gas/fumes, extensive walking or climbing. Minimal travel required (0–10 days per year). May be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to and including 50 pounds. Incumbent must be physically able to perform essential job functions.
