Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Production Supervisor for their Parma, OH location.

Responsibilities:

• The supervisor acts as a bridge between frontline workers and upper management, making team interaction a core part of the job.
• Implementing cutting edge technology that will be seen in new vehicle launches.
• Day to day responsibilities such as s upervision & coordination, motivating employees, hiring & training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and team building exercises.
• This role is hands-on and people-focused, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
• 5-7 years experience required
