Job summary

MicroVision in Orlando, FL seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily LiDAR hardware manufacturing, ensuring safety and on-time delivery. You’ll supervise a team, drive continuous improvement and coordinate with engineering, supply chain and quality to meet goals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/engineering or related field, 3+ years of manufacturing leadership, and experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems and Lean/Six Sigma principles.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems and Microsoft Office.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Position Summary

MicroVision a leader in advanced perception solutions for industrial, security and defense, and automotive applications, is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of MicroVision’s Operations team, you will collaborate with various technical teams across the company to bring market-defining LiDAR products into production. The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of LiDAR hardware and related products. This role supervises production personnel, drives continuous improvement initiatives and ensures operational, quality, and production goals are achieved.

This position is based onsite at MicroVision's Orlando, Florida facility and requires regular in-person attendance five days per week. Work schedules are determined by management based on business and operational needs. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Orlando facility. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position. You must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
