Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee 1st shift operations at our Oklahoma City facility. This role involves direct supervision of up to 120 employees, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production efficiency standards. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing leadership, is skilled in lean production techniques, and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production employees, ensuring all operations run efficiently.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with TS16949 quality and ISO 14001 environmental standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and facilitate problem-solving efforts.
• Ensure proper training and cross-training of employees.
• Monitor production efficiency, quality control, and workforce performance.
• Approve employee attendance records and manage time-off requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards (TS16949, ISO 14001).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, powertrain, or drivetrain manufacturing.
• Background in process troubleshooting and team leadership.
