• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, plant regulations, and food safety requirements.
• Support sanitation and operational activities to maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Promote a culture of safety by supporting plant and company safety initiatives and adherence to safety regulations.
• Assist in developing daily production plans and drive successful execution of line performance goals.
• Implement and sustain standard work practices to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
• Lead shift handoff meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment between shifts.

• Experience working in food processing or food manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices, production metrics, and quality systems.
