Job summary

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Supervisor in our North Mankato-MN facility.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a team of front line employees in their day to day tasks

You Must Have

• Ability to work as team with employees and peers
• Ability to have difficult conversations with employees and peers
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior leadership role or supervisory or management experience
• Background in production and operations
• Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods

We Would Also Prefer

• Experience in the printing industry
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
• Experience with scheduling, production planning, or ERP systems
• Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience on equipment

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - 70,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
