Employment Type: Full Time - Direct Hire

Pay: $30–38/hr DOE | 40 hours/week

Our client is a design-build company that creates custom outdoor adventure structures and engineered experiences. They are looking for a hands-on Production Lead to help turn new designs into real-world builds and support projects from production through installation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead first builds of new products with the engineering team
• Travel to job sites for installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and field-related issues
• Work closely with engineering, fabrication, and field teams
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical, construction, or equipment-build experience
• Experience with vehicles, mechanical assemblies, and electrical components
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and build instructions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable with frequent and sometimes extended travel
