Job summary

BFC Solutions in Nashville is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a dynamic team on the 3:00 PM–12:00 AM schedule.

This salaried role offers $60,000–$65,000 annually with benefits, opportunities for career growth, and a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will develop production plans, coach staff, ensure SOP compliance, maintain records, and drive efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of production staff to meet and exceed daily goals
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules for optimal efficiency
• Monitor operations to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and evaluations for second shift team members
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and generate production reports
