Job summary

Plexus Corp. Idaho seeks a results-driven Production Lead to drive production KPIs in the assigned area and manage direct reports toward reliable delivery and high-quality output. You will collaborate in cross-functional teams to optimize performance and meet program goals.

• Drive production KPIs at their respective assigned area.
• Manage direct reports (production supervisors) performance and development plan.
• Participate in CFT meetings to work cohesively with other CFT members to drive results of the assigned accounts in terms of delivery and quality.
• Typically is responsible for more complex accounts or products.
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$73,800.00 - $110,600.00
