Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Nampa, ID is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing teams in delivering critical aerospace/defense, healthcare and industrial products.

You will manage direct reports, drive production KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery and quality. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience, demonstrates coaching and succession planning, and embraces Plexus Core Values.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level.
