Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for the MSC facility in Muscle Shoals, AL. You’ll lead daily operations on the production floor, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate across teams to meet targets. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a must-work 3rd shift and strong people leadership.

You’ll supervise 20+ employees, organize schedules, monitor equipment, and enforce health and safety regulation compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supervisory experience, 20+ employees preferred.
• Skills: clear communication, independent decisions, basic computer knowledge, multitasking.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Production Supervisor - MSC

In this key role, you’ll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You’ll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you’ll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace. *** Must be willing to work 3rd shift!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to help employees reach their highest potential in quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and offer constructive feedback, both positive and corrective.
• Encourage open communication and employee involvement to build team morale and support company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Plant Operations Team

What You’ll Need

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred. Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independent decision making, must have basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
