Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily poultry production operations on the floor, ensuring targets, safety, quality, and efficiency are met. You will coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce health and safety regulations in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities include training staff, organizing schedules, evaluating performance, and collaborating with other departments to drive improvements while maintaining a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; college degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience with leadership of 20 employees preferred; poultry/food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Production Supervisor

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Need
