• Excellent organizational and interpersonal traits.
• Familiarity with industry equipment and technical expertise.
• Commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and inventory management.
• Ability to create accountability and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Direct hourly manufacturing workforce to meet objectives.
• Provide training and cross-training for all employees.
• Complete routine paperwork, reports, timecards, and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with peers, subordinates, and management.
• Support and implement management philosophy and vision.
• Lead 6s and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned.

As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for meeting aggressive production requirements while maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and production.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct hourly manufacturing workforce to meet company/departmental objectives.
• Provide training and cross‑training for all employees to ensure a versatile workforce.
• Complete all routine paperwork, reports, timecards, and schedules in accordance with company/departmental objectives.
• Effectively communicate with peers, subordinates, and management.
• Support and implement management philosophy and vision.
• Contribute and make recommendations to control and reduce departmental and overall costs.Lead 6s and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned.
