Job summary

Rush Group Limited LLC in Chicago, IL seeks a seasoned supervisor to oversee daily department activities, drive productivity and quality, and promote safety and teamwork.

You will manage performance through training and reviews, document outcomes, collaborate with Maintenance and other teams, and ensure adherence to policies. The role includes eligibility for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with direct supervision of staff, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Knowledge of departmental procedures and production-related guidelines.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Health, Safety, Physical & Travel Requirements
  • Physical demands include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with sufficient mobility to navigate both office and plant environments.
  • Ability to perform standard computer‑based tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% as required by the role.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

The pay range for this role is $67,500 – $72,000 per year. This role is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay. The listed range represents a good‑faith estimate at the time of posting; actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location and is subject to change.
