Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. and its subsidiaries are seeking a Production Supervisor in Wisconsin to oversee railcar unloading, packaging, blending, and tanker loading.

You will develop production personnel, monitor safety, and ensure efficient, accurate operations on site. The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent and at least three years of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or equivalent work experience in the chemical industry, plus three years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English. Knowledge of Spanish is helpful.
  • Proficient skill in Microsoft Office.
  • Forklift and driving experience.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet time‑sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to supervise and lead others by setting expectations, monitoring performance, coaching as needed, and holding employees accountable for their performance.
