Job summary

Brenntag Pacific is seeking a Production Supervisor in Wisconsin to oversee railcar unloading, packaging, blending, and tanker loading. You will lead and develop production staff, ensure safety and efficiency, and enforce all procedures to maintain quality and compliance on site.

The role requires English proficiency, an associate degree or equivalent with supervisory experience, and forklift/driving capability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Brenntag Pacific group in a professional manner.

Your Profile Education & Experience

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school or equivalent work experience in the chemical industry, and three years supervisory experience; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Knowledge of Spanish is helpful.
• Proficient level of skill in Microsoft Office.
• Forklift and driving experience.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet time‑sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to supervise/lead others by setting expectations, monitoring performance, coaching as needed, and holding employees accountable.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
