Job Summary

The Production Supervisor oversees processing activities, evaluates materials, trains new staff, and maintains production records. They ensure compliance with company standards, support daily operations, and facilitate communication between staff and management. The role involves hands-on support for sanitation and equipment maintenance, as well as inventory management.

This supervisory role requires flexibility to work across all three shifts as needed.

• Starting hourly rate between $30 - $32, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise daily production activities, including raw material intake and shipment of finished goods.
• Review production metrics, conduct audits, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee training of new operators.
• Enforce safety, environmental, and company policies, ensuring PPE compliance and a safe working environment.
• Maintain communication with collections to ensure raw material flow and optimize processes.
• Operate equipment and support production tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of lead experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle or similar software.
• Strong supervisory and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform tasks requiring lifting up to 80 pounds, working at heights up to 35 feet, and in adverse conditions.
