  • Champion 5S and standard work implementation to improve organization, efficiency, and workplace discipline.
  • Collaborate with Quality to investigate internal and external defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Planning and Warehouse teams to improve flow, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering initiatives to improve productivity, reduce cost, and enhance process capability.
  • Lead rapid scaling of the production team to meet increasing demand. Own interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to build a high-performing, quality-driven workforce.
  • Lead and develop team members through training plans, performance management, coaching, and structured development plans.
  • Manage workforce planning including scheduling, overtime planning, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.
  • Address personnel matters proactively and professionally, including coaching, corrective action, and recommendations related to hiring, advancement, or termination.
  • Provide hands-on leadership on the production floor, troubleshooting operational issues and driving timely resolution of equipment, productivity, and quality concerns.
