We are looking for a production supervisor, production lead, warehouse supervisor or manufacturing team leader to lead day‑to‑day operations, manage production teams, drive KPI performance, coordinate resources, and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Machining and Assembly manufacturing departments
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage production schedules, KPIs, employee development, quality, and safety performance

Qualifications

• Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Production Lead, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership experience
• Experience driving process improvements in a team environment
• Commutable distance to North Mankato, Minnesota
