Basic Job Functions

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading safety at Nucor Warehouse Systems (NWS) Vernon. The Production Supervisor will lead the NWS Team in providing world-class quality products to all our customers. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for team development and achieving performance metrics in any of the production areas of the plant. The successful candidate will be a strong leader adept at positively influencing teammates, driving cultural change, and continually improving processes. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pallet rack manufacturing experience.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• D365 ERP experience.
