A high-performing industrial manufacturer is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead operations at their facility near Las Vegas. This role is vital to maintaining productivity, driving quality standards, and fostering a strong safety culture across manufacturing lines. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations for production lines, ensuring performance targets are met for output, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and resolve product issues quickly and effectively.
• Communicate with the maintenance team and escalate repair needs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and report on production waste, promoting lean practices and material efficiency.
• Generate shift reports, record key production metrics, and ensure timely data entry.
• Manage timekeeping, approve time-off requests, and support employee performance evaluations.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure team compliance with company protocols.
• Step into additional leadership responsibilities during shift gaps or in the absence of other supervisors.
• Offer overtime flexibility as needed to meet customer demands.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with prior leadership or supervisory background preferred.
• Associates degree is a plus but not required.
