Job summary

Arconic Corporation is seeking a production supervisor to lead and develop a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality while driving continuous improvement across shifts in a facility with advanced aluminum and related processes.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in production plus 1 year in supervision, with relocation options and travel under 25%. U.S. citizenship or eligible status is required due to ITAR controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Eligibility to access controlled technology per ITAR/Export Administration Regulations.

You have: (required)

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
