As aProduction Leaderyou will join Trane’s La Crosse team. In this role, you will supervise and coordinate daily operation of production shift with responsibility for achieving quality and cost effectiveness in an on time and efficient manner. You will be responsible for implementing and driving change in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment. You will interact daily with department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, Human Resources, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as full-time On-Site in our La Crosse, WI facility and is considered safety-sensitive. This role will be required to work a second shift schedule; which is Mon-Thurs 3:30pm-2:30am and every other Friday.
What you will do:
·Responsible for overall performance of assigned work group, including safety, quality, cost and output schedule performance.
·Supervise the utilization of materials to assure an appropriate number of parts are available to maintain smooth production flow; identify wasteful practices and methods; report any problems/concerns with viable solutions to the Manager; and report suggestions recommended by associates for procedure change.
·Actively support plant programs and goals, including but not limited to units per man hour, safety and 5S, quality, customer availability, TAKT attainment, and cost as measured by overall plant performance

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $63,500-90,000/annually.
