Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Experienced Production Supervisor professional wanted! My client is a food production manufacturer based in Central Florida. The right person for this position will be able to lead a production team for the 2nd shift and oversee all production. • 3-5 years of Production Supervisor experience

• Base Salary between $65,000-$85,000

Responsibilities Include

• Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
• Collaborate with other night shift departments.
• Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
• Ensure safety of all employees
• Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team.
• Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution
