Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the daily press room operations within our clients manufacturing facility. This position offers a salary of $50K - $75K (depending on experience) +benefits. The successful candidate must be mechanically inclined as 50% of this position entails being hands on in the shop.

Position Summary:

The Production Supervisor will assist in overseeing all press room operations on a day-to-day basis and will report to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicate with, interact with, and manage press room operators;
• Training press room operators to be self-proficient;
• Trouble shooting tool and press problems;
• Keeping records of all press room jobs ran.
