The Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight, planning, and coordination of all manufacturing production team members and their activities. This person directs the work activity for the production operators while complying with all safety, environmental, & food safety requirements.

• Ensure safety & food safety guidelines are followed and made the top priority.
• Coordinate manpower to meet production demands.
• Oversee line production, material handlers, drivers, shipping, and receiving departments.
• Maintain a working relationship with the union by following the terms and collective bargaining agreement.
• Participate in job hazard analysis development and training.
• Contribute to standard operating procedure development and training.
• Document team members' time and attendance.
• Work directly with JDE/Atomic/PKMS systems to support daily manufacturing operations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Leadership experience in high-speed food processing/packaging.
• Focus on safety & continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
• Ability to train team members in all aspects of manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills for leading and participating in cross-functional teams.
• Drive for results, challenge of the status quo, and independent thinking.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $81,000.00 - $135,000.00
