Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production teams in the production of specialty confectionery products.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team and play a key role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

The role includes 1st shift with a 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts, with occasional Fridays as needed to meet production demand.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees to achieve daily production goals
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards
• Monitor production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
• Ensure a safe working environment and promote adherence to company safety policies
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to support operational objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased productivity
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting
