We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our Greeley, CO facility. This role involves leading manufacturing processes to meet customer expectations and support our growth, under the direction of the Site Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee daily operations of the assembly department, ensuring targets are met, quality is maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Strong leadership, technical expertise in control panel assembly, and performance driving skills are essential.

In this role, you will:

• Experience with production planning, scheduling, inventory management, ERP systems
• Familiarity with quality control and compliance with technical drawings
• Understanding of safety regulations and promoting safety culture
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
