Job Summary :

The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that employees under their supervision follow all safety protocols and organizational policies, perform well on the job, and receive appropriate feedback to promote continuous improvement. The Supervisor will organize, plan, and delegate tasks to their team, set targets, and provide guidance as needed.

Job Responsibilities :

The key responsibilities of this role include :

• Providing day-to-day supervision and guidance to team members.
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities based on team members' strengths and capabilities.
• Setting clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals.
• Managing resources efficiently to meet objectives.
• Assessing team members' performance and providing constructive feedback.
• Recognizing and rewarding achievements and contributions.
• Facilitating effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Acting as a conduit for feedback between team members and upper management.
• Providing regular updates on team performance and progress to upper management.

Job Qualifications :

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in Plastic Moulding is preferred.
