Job summary

Bee Sweet Citrus, Inc. is seeking a skilled supervisor to manage one of its fresh citrus packing lines in California. You will oversee line supervisors, packers, and graders, ensuring safe, efficient production and compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities include optimizing workflow, training staff, reporting to upper management, and coordinating with sales to maintain quality and productivity on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisor experience.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

• Provide leadership and management guidance throughout packing house to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve problems timely and efficiently while providing guidance and training to the production team.

Job Overview

Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking a high level individual with leadership or management experience to manage one of its fresh citrus packing lines. This position is responsible for the sorting and packing of over one million cartons of fresh California citrus. Duties include but are not limited to the following: oversight of production, overseeing packers, graders, and general labor. Along with supervising the packing of fresh citrus products, operating state-of-the-art sorting equipment, and managing and implementing modern food safety requirements.
