Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5–8 years in industrial/manufacturing with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Six Sigma Lean Certification preferred.
• Understanding of ISO and Lean Principles and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities, people, processes, and materials to meet schedules per process specs.
• Identify problems and initiate corrective action.
• Direct multi-functional teams.
• Administer company policies and procedures.
• Ensure employee safety via SMS processes and procedures.
• Determine manpower requirements to meet schedules.
• Facilitate internal continuous improvement processes.
• Contribute to formulating manufacturing policies and procedures.

Job Summary

Major Responsibilities

• Coordinating production activities, people, processes, and materials to complete production schedules according to process specifications


• Identifying problems and initiating corrective action


• Directing multi-functions


• Administering company policies and procedures


• Ensuring employee safety via SMS processes and procedures


• Determining man power requirements to meet schedules


• Facilitating internal continuous improvement processes


• Participating in formulating manufacturing policies and procedures

Required Skills

• Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaker preferred


• Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written


• Ability to direct associates using facilitation and demonstration techniques


• Mechanical aptitude to interface with people and processes

Required Experience
