Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Bunge Oils packaging plant’s shipping operations. Primary responsibilities include operating and administering the SAP system in the Packaging Warehouse, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring accurate documentation for all products shipped out by truck.

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday). Flexibility required, including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Main Accountabilities:

1. Enter all production data for the day, including using Excel, Access, and SAP. Track downtime and all products made for the day.
2. Ship all trucks, including check-in, printing TOs, making BOLs, recording loading times, and tracking in Access shipped products. Manage truck traffic and assist in directing loading operators.
3. Coordinate daily with the production scheduler to ensure supplies like jugs, boxes, pallets, liners, and caps are available.
4. Review additives for customer audit compliance.
5. Review load tenders to verify reefer trucks.
6. Verify batch numbers and Cap numbers for accuracy.
7. Order supplies for the packaging department.
8. Handle Chep Pallet issues.
9. Receive supplies in SAP and record in spreadsheets.
10. Post operators' work schedules, including weekly rotations, vacations, overtime, and drafting overtime.
11. Manage inventory and perform inventory adjustments and cycle counts.
12. Enter loader information in Access to track truck loading per shift.
13. Post PGI shipments nightly for accounting, adding totals for each operator.
14. File daily paperwork, clean out files, and store monthly records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Access, and SAP preferred.
• Strong keyboarding/typing skills.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
