Job summary

ACE Partners in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Production Team Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and packaging operations in a food production facility. You will oversee staffing, train employees on SOPs, ensure GMPs, food safety and quality standards, and drive safe, efficient line performance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, line changeovers, reviewing production records for accuracy, identifying barriers, and making hiring or promotion recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing or packaging operations.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with GMPs, SOPs, food safety, and manufacturing safety.
• Proficient use of Word, Outlook, and Excel for documentation and planning.

About the Role

An established food manufacturer is seeking a Production Team Supervisor to lead production employees, achieve daily production targets and maintain high standards across safety, food safety, quality and productivity.

Role:

Requirements:

• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, food safety and manufacturing safety.
• Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel experience preferred.
