Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Production Supervisor in Ephrata, PA to lead a 2nd shift manufacturing team in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment known for quality craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will manage a team of ~30 employees with 3 Team Leads, driving performance in safety, quality, productivity and efficiency. Experience in metal fabrication, welding, robotic welding, or manufacturing leadership is strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• MIG/GMAW welding and robotic welding experience preferred.
• Experience with saws, punch presses, or powder coating highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees on 2nd shift
• Oversee manufacturing operations including welding, sawing, punch press, shot blasting, and powder coating
• Schedule production resources and labor to meet customer demand
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, production, and efficiency
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
• Review labor reporting, timekeeping, and production data
• Maintain a strong safety-first culture on the shop floor

Ephrata, PA | Direct Hire | $80,000-$85,000

Ready to lead a high-performing manufacturing team and make a direct impact on production success? We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment known for quality craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.

In this leadership role, you will manage a team of approximately 30 employees with the support of 3 Team Leads, driving performance in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. Candidates with metal fabrication, welding, robotic welding, or manufacturing leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees on 2nd shift
• Oversee manufacturing operations including welding, sawing, punch press, shot blasting, and powder coating
• Schedule production resources and labor to meet customer demand
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, production, and efficiency

• Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Occasional overtime and Saturday work as needed
