Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking a Production Supervisor for Toll Integrated Systems in Emporia, Virginia. You will lead production staff to deliver quality products safely and on time in our Emporia, VA facility.

Responsibilities include directing safety, monitoring quality, managing production and transportation schedules, overseeing inventory, and coaching employees. TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement frame your day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with TPM, 5S, continuous improvement, and quality operating systems
• Basic technical and troubleshooting ability within an automated environment
• Strong leadership, planning, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven coaching skills in the development of employees
• 5+ years of experience leading a team
• Excellent ability to multitask under pressure

Toll Brothers , America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Production Supervisor for Toll Integrated Systems (TIS), our wholly-owned component manufacturing company based out of our facility in Emporia, Virginia.

What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will use management skills to guide production employees to produce quality product in a safe, timely manner located in our Emporia, VA manufacturing plant.

What are the primary responsibilities?

The salary for this position is $68,343 - $90,623
