Job summary

Global Enterprises is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. You will supervise staff, coach and develop teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with policies and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include training, monitoring performance, meeting schedules, and partnering with HR on employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree not required; high school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety requirements.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, SPC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and production reporting systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Promote and enforce safe work practices and company policies; document safety incidents and quality concerns.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate production priorities.
• Support problem-solving, process improvements, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer requirements, and EMS standards.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain production efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
