Job summary

Jobtailor in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of a production team, supervise manufacturing and packaging employees on multiple lines, assign tasks, adjust workloads, and schedule training to meet production goals.

You will monitor production quality, troubleshoot problems, ensure GMP compliance, review SOP changes, and manage performance metrics to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Four-year degree preferred, but equivalent supervisory experience will be considered.
