Job summary

Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the evening shift (3 PM–11 PM) to lead our manufacturing team in a fast-paced food production environment.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality, train staff, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse. Bilingual English/Spanish required; 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing; GMP/HACCP/OSHA knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing; food manufacturing preferred.
Experience managing production lines and large hourly teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA regulations preferred.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Monitor production schedules, line performance, and productivity.
Ensure employees follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and safety procedures.
Train, coach, and develop new and existing employees.
Monitor attendance, performance, and employee accountability.
Work with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and other departments to minimize downtime.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Complete production reports and communicate shift updates during handoffs.
Promote teamwork and continuous improvement throughout the department.
