Job summary

Case Farms in Dudley, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead all department personnel on the assigned shift. You will ensure readiness of the production line and maintain safe, efficient operations in a sub-zero warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring line performance, quality control, coaching staff, and implementing safety initiatives while meeting tight timelines in a 24-hour facility. Must have 2+ years supervising production staff and basic computer skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work is normally performed in a sub-zero freezer/warehouse/production environment.
• As part of the job requirements, the employee will be exposed to working in a warehouse setting with cold temperatures (-20 °C) at times.
• Must be flexible with work schedule that supports a 24-hour production facility.
