Production Supervisor – Window & Door (Fenestration) Industry

Are you an experienced manufacturing leader with a passion for quality, process excellence, and team development? We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our growing team in the fenestration industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and has hands-on experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions that drive operational success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Supervise and coordinate production teams to meet output goals.
• Ensure all operations follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Train and develop production staff to improve performance.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and clean work environment.
• Monitor equipment, address production issues, and communicate with cross-functional teams.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Prior experience creating/implementing SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with assembly, machining, or production operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in the window and door / fenestration industry.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese).
