Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Production Team Leader at our Crystal Springs, MS facility. You will lead a production team, drive improvements with lean manufacturing techniques, and uphold safety, quality, and efficiency in a global company.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to manage shift-based operations Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm–7:00am. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree considered with significant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisor/lead role with lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience with SAP is a plus; knowledge of metal works, welding and painting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct health and safety risk analysis and define required controls.
• Identify gaps in safety, quality, and production processes and close them.
• Communicate daily production targets and exceptions to the team.
• Assign tasks, adjust workflow, and provide leadership for continuous improvement.
• Support team training and share best practices.
