General Shale is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Columbia, SC manufacturing facility. Join a highly automated, team‑oriented environment where you’ll lead safety, quality, and operational excellence.

You will coach production teams, coordinate with maintenance, analyze processes, and plan schedules to maximize uptime and efficiency while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop employees.
• Solid computer skills and mechanical aptitude in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, or automated systems is a plus.
• A growth mindset and desire to build a long-term career with General Shale.
• Higher education and/or relevant supervisory or manufacturing experience.
