Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Cold Spring, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Night Shift to lead daily poultry production operations on the floor. You will ensure targets are met while upholding safety, quality assurance, and efficiency, coordinating duties, monitoring equipment, and enforcing health and safety rules.

You’ll train staff, organize manpower and schedules, evaluate performance, and collaborate across departments to improve quality and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience leading 20 employees preferred.
• Effective communication, decision-making and multitasking skills required.

Production Supervisor — Night Shift

In this key role, you’ll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility in Cold Spring, MN. You’ll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you’ll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to help employees reach their highest potential in quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient operations.

What You’ll Need

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20 employees preferred. Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independent decision making, must have basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
