Are you a hands-on production leader with a passion for efficiency, team development, and continuous improvement? We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established global packaging manufacturer in the Niagara Falls, NY area.

What You’ll Do

• Report to the Plant Manager and lead frontline production operations
• Champion continuous improvement, safety, and employee engagement
• Drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure production goals are met
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on quality, cost, and performance
• Provide training and development to a diverse production workforce
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma best practices to optimize workflow
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards

What You Bring

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in the paper or packaging industry is a strong asset
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, ERP systems (SAP), and Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
• A hands-on, collaborative leadership style with a passion for team success
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma (preferred)
