Job summary

Magna International’s Cosma division in Ohio seeks a production supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will schedule staff, enforce quality standards, review performance, and drive continuous improvement within a diverse team. This position is permanent and located in Bowling Green, Ohio, offering stability and opportunities within a global automotive leader.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities of production staff including temporary assignments.
• Schedules staff, issues disciplinary action if required, conducts performance appraisals and other employee relations matters.
• Reviews production levels to determine priority of production to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Monitors actual performance against targets and initiates corrective action to correct negative variances.
• Maintains efficiency and quality standards on production lines.
